Upgrade Installation on Win7
Hello Forum,
we got a new PC with Win7 and want to install our Backup & Recovery 11.5.
Cause we had Backup & Recovery 10, we only take an Upgrade to 11.5.
When we want to install Backup & Recovery 11.5 we have to add the licence
of 11.5 and the fullversion (10). But when we do so, the system message is
that the Backup & Recovery 10 can not be used by this system and the licence key
of the privious version ist still needed :(
What can we do?

The exact name (form our online account in "product and downloads") is:
Acronis Backup&Recovery Workstation (German)
Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Workstation Upgrade (German)
The installation file is ABR11.5A_37975_de-DE
Here is the output of the available licences:

Here is the reason - both licenses are from 'standalone' edition, but the installer is 'advanced' one. You need 'standalone' installer named ABR11.5S_37975_de-DE.exe (you can download it from you Acronis account). Where did you download it?

In our Account is a licence for Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Workstation Universal Restore Standard where we downloaded the installation file.

You can also install all required components from advanced installer, specifying no license, i.e. in 'backup to online storage only' mode, and enter you license keys (in help->change license) after product is installed.
