Trying to investigate a failed backup on a remote Windows 8.1 client using the Management Console, there is no "Drive Management" listed under the client. Any suggestions?

We are using 11.5.37613

It's a known limitation - Disk Management functionality was removed for Windows 8. ( see https://kb.acronis.com/content/46775 )
