VSS Snapshots Fail

Hi,

I'm relatively new to Acronics and wondered if someone could help me diagnose a problem we have that is causing uncertainty over the integrity of our backups.

A large number of our backups seem to complete with warnings. The warnings always seem to relate to VSS Snapshots. I've tried selecting each of the different options available on the VSS configuration section for the backups but this doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I have posted a copy of an email log we have set up that shows the problem we are encountering:

If someone could help me resolve this problem it would be highly appreciated as we are uncertain if it will be possible to actually restore any of these backups.
