Acronis 11.7 Adding Pc Error
Hi friends;
i get error below when i am adding a PC to AMS.
I tried everyway, but i couldn't find solution.
-Pinging to licence server is succesful.
-Firewall closed.
-PC User is membership of Acronis Remote Users.

Thank you;
- License Server is not accessible from the machine with Agent;
PC can access the licence server. Ping is successful to licencee server. When I am installing AcronisAgentWindows to PC, AcronisAgentWindows can connect licence server. There is no problem here
2. License that was used to install Agent is already used;
AcronisAgentWindows can take licence automatically via network when I am installing it. Licence that is PC used is not already used. There is no problem here
3. License Server associated with Acronis Management Server does not contain the same type of licenses as the original License Server which was used to install the Agent.
Licences are same type with Acronis Agent. Both of them are v11.7. There is no problem here.
I have not problem with licences and licence server.
I added almost 20 machines to AMS with same way, but i had no error like above error.

Please perform all the troubleshooting steps. Also reboot the device before adding the device. After open the task manager and make sure the services are up and running.
Also manually open all the ports for Acronis Backup 11.7: https://kb.acronis.com/content/1711
Whitelist all the agent folders in your local A.Virus ( this can cause the issue you are facing ): https://kb.acronis.com/content/36429

Before I added almost 20 machines to AMS with same way, but i didn't get error like error of this PC.
eg; a few minutes ago, i added a different PC to AMS flawlessly. No problem occured during this operations . (All environments are same for all PCs)

Then there is something local on that machine or on that agent that you should investigate because most probably something is blocking the connections or in fact the services aren't working as they should. You could try to delete the agent with the cleanup tool and re-install it also https://kb.acronis.com/content/35521. Unfortunately we can't troubleshoot deeply because that product isn't supported since several years ago.
