Acronis 11.7 unable to recover / user credential Error

Thread needs solution

we have an issue with Acronis 11.7 where we are unable to recover our DC server as it is giving us error "no log on server available"

actually during a NAS outage we have lost our Windows Active directory DC server, hence there is no DC in the environment and our acronis was configured with a domain user account, which we are unable to log on since there are no domain controller.

how can i resolve this issue. ??

Welcome to Acronis forums! You'll need to recover your DC using a bootable media, follow instructions listed in Recovering a domain controller (no other DCs are available).
