Acronis backup 11.5 for PC-attached HDD discovery
Hi,
We have an issue with the Acronis Backup 11.5 for PC software version.
Our computers are added in a domain at work and employees by default are not local admins.
When an employee opens Acronis Backup 11.5 for PC to do a backup of an attached hard drive it does not show up in the software. Hard drive is recognized in Windows and a letter is assigned to it.
If we start Acronis Backup 11.5 for PC with admin credentials it automatically populates the attached HDD or USB stick.
What we have tried is to add the employees to have Full access to Acronis installation folder but that did not solved the issue.
What we have noticed is that we can save admin credentials to use all the time for login in the app but that will mean to create a local admin account or set domain admin accout wich is not allowed.
Is there a way to give permissions to users to see the attached HDD?
