Backup fails

I'm testing Acronis with a trial version on Windows Server 2012 and keep getting an error when trying to manually run a backup job that seems to indicate that Acronis can't properly communicate with the tape drive. However, the tape driver appears in the console and seems to recognize when I inventory various tapes.

I have an HP LTO Ultrium-4 tape drive with the HP windows 2012 driver version 1.0.7.1 (2013-02-11 release date).

The error message from Acronis is attached as a log file. The Acronis knowledge base error it links doesn't exist. :(
