Blue screen on Windows Server 2003 bootup after recovering to new hardware

See screenshot of bluescreen, and when attempting to log on with Safe mode it stops at a particular dat file.

Blue screen error: STOP: 0x0000007B

and dat it freezes at when booting to safemode is: acpitabl.dat

PLEASE HELP!!

This is after recovery to new hardware

The attachments don't help much. Did you use Universal Restore when you restored? What kind of hard drive controller is in the destination?
