[Emergency]Cannot Backup(Hyper-V)
Hello,
My client backs up Hyper-V devices using Acronis version 11.
However, it has not been backed up a while ago.
The backup error message is as follows.

I don't know much about Hyper-V or VMware.
What do I need to do to fix the node with the VM being backed up not available at the time of backup creation?

as the workaround, you can try installing the Agents into the guest OS of the virtual machines and temporary back up VMs as physical machines. In the meantime, it's worth contacting the MS support to fix the issue with Hyper-V as they are better placed to deal with the Hyper-V technology.
