how to: stop daily incremental job running on the day a full backup is scheduled

This seems as if it should be so obvious but I have not figured out how to do this easily. I have all my VM's backed up incrementally once a day and scheduled for a full backup over the weekend. Of course as far as the scheduler goes when setting the daily backup, there is no way to tell it (that I can see) not to run if a full backup is scheduled that same day. If there is something obvious I have overlooked I apologize.

Any direction here?
