Management Console failure to install on W 2K SP4

Good day,

We have some old servers which we need to install 11.5 on. The Management Console fails to install, in fact crashed the whole machine. We found some documentation in which it seems that the management console cannot be installed on Win Server 2000 SP4. We would probably need an older version of Acronis?

Not too sure how to go about solving the problem.

You can either manage this server from some other machine, meanwhile collect the bsod memory dump http://kb.acronis.com/content/17639 and contact support.
