Well Subject says it all and I can see many people in the past have had this issue.

How to fix this? It seems no one so far have fixed it. I even had a remote sessions so Acronix could fix it. It lasted for at least one hour and still the issue could not be fixed.

I am kind of disapointed to pay around 117$ and then all I get is an error that prevent me from backing up. I just cancelled Backblaze as I saw you support full image backup online and not just personal files.

Now it seems that you support NOTHING :O)
