Problem with Acronis BackUp 11.5 and Tape Device PowerVault 114X

The problem is that Acronis does not recognize the tape device, when I want to set the Job section: "create plan backup" in the Device Manager of Windows, the operating system recognizes it, but not in Acronis, attached image Device Manager.

It has the following equipment:

- Operating System: Windows Server 2012 Standard 64-bit
- Acronis Version: Acronis BackUp 11.5 Update 5 (Trial)
- Product Name: PowerVault 114X
- Brand: Dell
- Storage Controllers: Dell 6Gbps SAS HBA
- Tape drivers: IBM Ultrium-SCSI Sequential Device HH4

Hi Rafael

Please make sure you have Acronis Backup ADVANCED 11.5 to get tape support... if this is what you have I would also suggest checking for the latest IBM tape drivers as often Generic/Microsoft drivers are installed automatically which will not work with most backup applications...

Only for security, I have one more question, my currently version is: Acronis BackUp 11.5 Update 5 (Trial), This version, can do Backup in a LTO, or not? Or only Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 can do that?

If backing upto LTO drives you will need to Advanced edition of Acronis Backup 11.5.
