Restoring backup of Vmware VM of system drive D:\

Thread needs solution

Greetings!

Faced with a non-trivial problem.

There virtualke in Vmware ESXi on Win2003 Std x64, because historically that this server is installed with Citrix 4.0 1s, Consultant +, etc., and a web server and file server.

I started spreading of its functions to different virtualke, the easiest way was to transfer the ball: created a copy of the disc, connect to another virtualke, using robocopy endured all this to disk vm all gud.

Now bear with the very axis citrix +1 c. The system is on a disk D

Created the image using the boot disk Acronis 11.5, kept on a vmdk, created a new virtualke, created for her drive size as the old vm, hooked up the second disc which bears the image created Akronisom.

Boot-disk and restored the image.

Complains of "ntldr is missing"

Downloaded disk win2003 x32 vl, boot from it, went into the recovery console, did:

copy e: \ i386 \ ntldr c: \
copy e: \ i386 \ ntdetect.com c: \
fixboot
fixmbr

bootcfg / rebuild
bootcfg finished with an error well, to hell with him, I do chkdsk c: / r

The main issue is that the system on the old VM was on drive D, a new VM system partition in Acronis Recovery Console, and is defined as drive C.

I guess because of that I get here is this error in attach

Who faced, tell me, my guess is correct?
