Starting Acronis and backups issues
Hi,
I have two problems with my version 11.7.50088 installed on a 2008 R2 Standard server that I did not encounter before.
- Starting Acronis
Very often when I'm starting Acronis (by double-clicking the shortcut), it displays the error message attached "START". After one or two attempts, it launches out.
- Backups issues
For a few weeks, I have been encountering the error messages attached (BACKUP & BACKUP_1) when backuping my server. Despite errors, some backups and duplications work.
For these two problems, I have already completely reinstalled Acronis by using Acronis cleanup utility, server reboot, reinstallation and server reboot again. But obviously there's no better way.
I have other servers with the same Windows and Acronis version and I have no problems.

I've already collected some dumps and system reports but I cannot contact your support : I do not have e-mail support and my licence support has already expired. Only "community" or "quick fix".
