Acronis Backup 12 on a Exchange Server 2016 transaction logfiles are growing

Hello,

i am using Acronis 12 on our Server, a Windows 2016 Host system with 3 Hyper-V VM's (each a Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server 2016, Exchange Server 2016 and an AD Server).
I am doing a Full Backup of Machines and VMs every week and month on separate medi, plus incremental backups.
In Backup Option i have set the VSS Option to yes and activated the Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider. Plus do a VSS-Full Bbackup.

But the transaction log on the Exchange Server is getting larger and larger, which tells me that Exchange does not tget the message that a full backup ahs been performed.

I can not find anything in the Knowledgebase or FAQ and the manual.

Hopefully someone can help here.

same Probleme here on different sites with SQL and Exchange 2016.

I have opend a ticket: 02942871

an got an answer to install the agent directly into the windows vm.

this is not an option for me.

on the website the is under requirements i can see full support of ms application with this versions.

I think this i a BIG BUG which should be fix asap!
