12.5 update 2 did not work for me

Thread needs solution

Updated from 11.5 to 12.5 - 7970 - everything seemed to be working

Updated from 12.5 - 7970 to 8610 and Acronis Management Server Service keeps crashing and thus could not log into acronis

Support did not help so I had to restore back to 11.5 (lucky that worked)

Will probably try to go to 7970 again but will probably wait until after holiday  -  If I'm smart I'll try to grab another machine and install from scratch

Hi Harold,

The originally released 8610 build is affected a problem that Acronis Management Server service could not start after specific update sequence. To solve we have a newer 8690 build uploaded with the fix included - you should re-download the product in order to get this build. The release notes and updates page will be updated with new build number soon.
