Acronis 12.5 can't login

Thread needs solution

Hi,
 

I have started my job 7 days ago. When I enter my credentials that given to me to login screen, it fails and I receive "The user name or password is incorrect." message. I try login from windows account, page "loading" and turn login screen again. How can I learn or restore username, password info. Thanks...

Hello Arif

If you use Interner Explorer 11 to log in to the backup console, then this is a known issue which has been fixed in Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 3.1 (Build 10330): https://kb.acronis.com/content/61432

Otherwise please check whether the credentials you use log login are for the account which is in the list of the management server administrators: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisBackup_12.5/index.html#39120.html
