Display of the dashboard : There are no items to show in this view

Thread needs solution

Dashboard doesn't display the details of the widgets.

I can't even add widgets

Please help.

Hi,

According to the screen shot you have some alerts triggered + there are events under "Settings" (10 in total) which need to be taken care of (probably some agents need updating). In either case the issue needs to be investigated with our support team involved who can check the environment (logs) and figure out what could be wrong.

why does if the agents are not updated the dashboard will be affected? meaning if there will be always an update the dashboard will be no use if not all the agents are not updated?

Hi,

The agents are reporting data to the management server and dashboards problem may be a side-effect if the agents malfunction, still you may also have Acronis Monitoring Service not started on the management server, or it could be anything else => that's why I suggested to collect logs first of all and investigate the problem with support.

It looks like my Dashboard has the same behaviour, it shows no data at all and i can't add widgets.

is there any solution to this issue?

i have got no alarms, and no change after restarting Acronis Monitoring Service

The problem needs to be investigated by checking the logs from the management server machine (the one which runs Acronis Monitoring Service): see https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301 to collect the system report. After collection, please submit a support ticket for further investigation.
