Error backing up on local management console.

Thread needs solution

Hi all,

I'd got the error message as below when start the backup on local management console and I can't perform the backup right now, can someone help me out of this?

Hi,

The error is related to license check performed while creating a backup plan. This check validates the \ProgramData\alsdb\alsdb file and the "Administrators" + "Acronis Centralized Admins" must have read/write NTFS permissions to access this folder. If assigning proper permissions for the folder doesn't help please contact our support team for assistance (remember to collect system report from the management server: https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301).
