Orphaned backups on tapes

I've got a problem with orphaned undeletable backups on tapes.
When I browse tape pool I can see that tape is empty (attached file tape01.jpg). When I click "Show backups" I see some existing backups and backups marked to be deleted (attached file tape02.jpg). I've tried to erase this tape. First I moved it into "Free tapes" and back to my pool. Nothing has changed. Next I've done quick erase. Nothing has changed. Next I've done full erase. Also nothing has changed. The last I've tried was "Show backups" and "Delete". I've got an error (attached file tape03.jpg).
Details of error:
Invalid cast of component with ID '365' to interface 'class ArchiveManagement::CacheManager'.

Thanks for Your answer. That worked, but only parially:
1. While refreshing backups I've got an error massage "Unknown vault" (file 451758-148071.JPG) - but I've deleted this vault a long time ago. That's an orphan. How can I fix it?
2. When I check backups on tape via tape management/ show backups (I know there are 5 machnes backups on tape) I see first machine (file 451758-148074.JPG) then I change view to another machine (file 451758-148075.JPG) and I see no backups, but I know thre are backups (file 451758-148076.JPG) next I go back to first machine and I see no backups (file 451758-148077.JPG) and last I check the same via backups menu not via tape management and I can see all my backups (file 451758-148078.JPG). I think something is wrong under tape management/show backups.

Pawel, hello,
thank you for your posting. I will be happy to help you.
As I understand, you have already deleted a vault, but in the management server it is still visible. Have you renamed the vault, or cancelled its deletion? Sometimes the error might be caused by a wrong vault URI specified in the database. When you rename a vault, it receives a new URI, and it seems that AMS keeps making requests by its old URI.
To resolve the issue, I would suggest you contacting Acronis support. Open your Acronis account https://account.acronis.com/ navigate to "Support" - "Select category" and choose one of the contact options: phone, chat or email. Direct link: https://account.acronis.com/#/support
As for the second issue, this is a known problem; its ID is ABR-176119. The issue will be fixed in one of the next updates. To workaround the issue, please use the "Backups" tab instead of "Tape management".
Pawel, if you have any other issues or concerns, please let me know.
Wishing you all the best.
