"2925: The "Change SID" Option Does Not Work in Acronis Bootable Media of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10" is not fixed
I had download yesterday Acronis Backup & Recovery 10, build 11105 and that SID probem is not solved.
After restore, when computer start, there is info in screen that new SID generated. After that, Vista start correct, but other program, like taskmanager didn't work.
Error message.
C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe (or some other program)
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item
Work fine with XP, but not in Vista

Hi
I use similar computer. I make different images for instument testing. I make Windows Vista SP1 image to Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Q5030 E computer with prepare settings to instument. That image should restore to two different computer and use that Change SID option, but after restoring and when computer start, that error appears.
Windows XP and 7 works create after startting. I bypass this Vista prolem so that i make new user with administrator rights and login that user, delete old user and rename this new user with same name.

See if the issue remains and let us know the results. If the issue still persists, a further troubleshooting is required.

I download latest build #11133, and test that SID change option in Vista SP2 computer.
Same problem remains.

It looks like the account with the administrator rights has been corrupted. Could you please create a case concerning the encountered issue and let me know the case number via Private messages? Please don't forget to make the reference to this forum thread.
Please obtain the below information and create an e-mail request on this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button and follow the step-by-step guide (you should select Recovery issue).
Please collect AcronisInfo file and attach to your e-mail message.
1. Download the file;
2. Run the downloaded file.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.
