Hello,

When i make an scheduled backup task to a NAS drive with the UNC path it wil save, but when he's gonna exacute the task he fails with the following error:

The policy/plan account is administrator of the domain.local. THose credentials are good.
The backup location is an NAS (192.168.100.160) and has his own credentials.

When I run this task manualy it goes fine, but when he scheduled he fails with that error...

Some info:
Acronis backup & recovery 10 Update, build 10.0.12497
HP server with windows server 2003 standard
DLink DNS-323 NAS

What i have done:
recheckt and created new tasks
First there were problems with not creating an scheduled task at all, he wont save, but that was solved by the latest scheduler from acronis.
Also the scheduler had differnt account for starting, but didnt work.

An scheduled task to an external or internal harddrive wurks fine btw.
Also i cant download the latest version of abr10 because the serial is registrated with an diffrent account, but im am working on that with the client.

SO, Who can help me with this problem??

Thanx in advance

1. I can see you are using credentials as "user@domain", however acronis support "domain\user"

2. Add you local credentials in NAS. Also make sure "Storage Node" service is installed

3. Try to take file backup and see if you are able to take backup. Also try to use bootable media to verify if you are able to take backup.

4. try to mount the drive and take backup

All these steps are just to localize the issue

here are some answers.

1: If i set the user domain\user he corrects itself and he makes it user@domein.

2: Is this downloadable or is it somewhere on the cd (if he has some, dont know actualy)

3: Making an backup is going fine, only when an schedule is used, then he fails

4: Witch drive do i need to mount?

1: If i set the user domain\user he corrects itself and he makes it user@domein.
A. Here "He" you are referring to NAS or Acronis

2: Is this downloadable or is it somewhere on the cd (if he has some, dont know actually)
A.You can check in your online account a link for bootable media or ask support to send you link

3: Making an backup is going fine, only when an schedule is used, then he fails
A. This means you have issue in scheduler, ask support to give you download link for latest download link for scheduler for ABR10

4: Witch drive do i need to mount?
A. Any drive

Sorry for the late reaction, i was kinda busy.
With "He" i meant acronis, acronis automaticly switches to that format.

ANd if that Storage node you meantend (?), is that the same as the Vault with Personal folder where you make a vault of specified location>?

I allready did installed the latest version of the scheduler that was available at this site.

Also ive heave the credentials for the orginal account of registrated version of acronis, so i can downoad the latest version of ABR10 of the website now.

I have removed the installation of ABR10 and ive installed the latest one. Now ik work good!!
