ABR 10.0.12457 fails to see 12TB RAID disk/volume
I have a Dell PowerEdge 710 running Windows Server 2008R2 x64 that is going to be used as our new file and backup server. We just bought an external RAID enclosure with 12TB of storage. The enclosure is attached to an LSI MegaRAID SAS 9280DE-8e raid controller with the newest drivers installed. There is also a Dell PERC H700 raid controller on the system which is attached to the internal backplane and 8 internal SAS drives.
In the enclosure are 8 x 7200rpm 2TB drives configured in a RAID-5 and 2 x 240GB SSD drives configured in a RAID-0.
Windows can read and write to all volumes with no problem.
ABR 10 installed fine, but when adding a new backup task with the "Source Type" set to "Disks/volumes", the only disks it sees are the C: drive attached to the PERC 700 and the SSD RAID-0 (Z:) drive attached to the LSI controller. The 12TB (Y:) drive also attached to the LSI controller is not listed.
I'm wondering why Acronis refuses to see the 12TB volume?
If I change the "Source Type" to "Files" when creating a backup task, then of course the Y: drive shows up as one of my local folders I can use.
When I check the Acronis Logs I see several entries. Each corresponding to a time when I tried to create a new backup plan and select drives to backup. The contents of the log are below:
