ABR 11 for Windows - Service_Prozess.exe crashed

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Build: 11.0.17440
Backup-Target: NAS Storage
Network: Peer-to-Peer without AD

Hello Community,

I got some trouble with the backup of the server. Sometimes the service_prozess.exe crashes when the backup starts then the backup fails and nothing further happens.
The next day the backup is running fine, but I get the error 2-3 times the week.

If I take a look in the acronis log than there are no errors. If look into the task i get these error:
