ABR Virtual edition converting TIB to Hyper-V problem

Hello all
Ok, I backed up a Server 2003 to a TIB and moved the file to another server that had ABR 11 Virtual Edition on it. I made sure that the Hyper-V agent was installed. I did a recovery to Virtual Machine task and it goes thru a lot of operations. It creates the VHD's, enumerates the drivers and starts copying the MBR's and then it fails with this error.
