ABR10 and FTP to QNAP 259Pro + FAILS

Thread needs solution

I have ABR 10 Advance Server installed on Server 2008 R2. I am trying to create a backup of the server to a off site QNAP NAS 259 Pro + device. I have created a DYNDNS account for the QNAP instead of using the IP address. I have opened port 21 , 22 on the router where the QNAP is. I can connect to the QNAP device and folders using the normal FTP from command prompt also through the windows explore and IE and see all folders. I can transfer files as well.

Steps I Took:
1. Create new Backup Plan
2. Select whet to Backup > Select FTP Server > Path: FTP://domain.dyndns.org/Archive/
All folders are visable at this time.
3. Click the OK to finish the backup plan.

It the says checking Vault and then checking Location Permissions.

This is where if fails with the following.

Failed to Obtain the list of permissions.
