Hello,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.

I recommend you to register the licenses on our web site, to download the appropriate ISOLUNUX files and to create ISOLINUX Bootable Media.

ISOLINUX Bootable Media is usually more up to date than the Acronis Loader one. This is due to the fact a new version of Acronis Bootable Media is uploaded to the website more frequently than regular product updates are released.
ISOLINUX Bootable Media has several boot parameters that may help overcome possible issues with booting. You can also set a specific VGA resolution in the ISOLINUX media if there an issue with the Graphical User Interface (GUI).

You can find the information on how to download the appropriate ISOLINUX file in this article

Please create the new CDs and see if the issue remains. You can try different boot parameters available for this CD. If the issue remains, let me know about it via  Private Message, we will continue the troubleshooting.

Anyway, please post the results, we should be sure that the program runs flawless for you.

Please let me know if the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question.

Thank you.
