ABR11 Emails times in UTC/GMT

Any reason for the change from ABR10 to ABR11 as emails in version 10 matched time of jobs. Now in version 11 times are in UTC/GMT. All created jobs are running as scheduled although when a review of the emails times are off with no visible time zone correction in the ABR11 application.
