ABR11 license issue

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Can anyone help me on how to solve this issue.

I installed Acronis Backup and Recovery11 Advanced Workstation - Version Upgrade incl AAP, 9 licenses to a new server and has an Operating System of Windows 7.
I registered two(2) Serial numbers.

And I have been using it for a month and then after a month it stop doing the backup. I attached here the screenshot of the error that was encountered.

Run the installer again and select modify, make sure you have all the component parts that you need and licenced for ticked (otherwise they will be uninstalled), this will ask you to re-enter the serial numbers either cut and paste or navigate to the serial.txt file and let ABR auto load them.

Before reinstallation, check if 'help->change license' helps. Btw, did you install it using specifying license server or entering the keys during installation?
