ABR11 linux agent fail to connect

Hello. Today I install the last agent version (build 17437) on a vm running Centos 5.8. Previuosly I removed the old version. Installation process works fine and complete successfully, but when I try to connect to it remotly or locally I receive this error:

Message: Could not find the license holder required.
On another vm with the same operating system all works fine. I try to reinstall the product, snapapi module compile sucessfully with my kernel.
Anyone can help me?
