ABR11 Update 0 - New Linux Components?

Thread needs solution

When following the instructions in kb 22839, I do not get the linux components tab. I did, however, prior to Update 0 being posted. I've also had issues with linux that were supposed to be fixed with Update 0, so I'm hoping there's another way to get the new components.

Hi Stephen

I've logged into the Acronis My Account and confirm the "Linux" tab is currently missing since the update, Acronis might be still loading these updated files onto the website but I've reported the issue to them so they should appear shortly.

I'm not sure if the following links have been updated with the latest build yet but might be worth a try for you:

Please let us know how you go.

Hi Stephen

Just wanted to let you know the Linux components are accessible from your Acronis my account which they were not shortly after the update... ABR11 Build 17318 has also been released which fixes a Linux agent crash if you try to export a backup plan to a file (probably not something many would do but if you plan to use this feature I would suggest getting the latest build to avoid any issues in the future)
