Acronis 11 Issues / Questions
Hello,
Currently I'm running Acronis 11 B&R Advanced Server - Virtual Edition on a Win 2008 R2 Box X64 that is set as our central management server-- Build # 17318. Here are the following issues we've been having:
A) Cannot re-install agents on machines? How can I do this? Do I have to revoke a license from a machine first?
B) Backups initiated from the Central Management machine seem to never display any progress bars. I.E: I'll set any type of backup to a centralized vault, and the percentage completion or duration of time will remain at NULL. However, emails will be sent upon fails/success. Is this resolved on the latest build?
C) I experienced a VSS Error with one of my other servers to be backed up. Looks like DISK 1 being partition C: wasn't too happy about ANY VSS service running within it's area. I've tried whats listed in the KB's provided--Restarting agent services/VSS service and choosing a different VSS provider(Acronis)
I would appreciate any feedback / resolutions to the above issues.
