Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 upgrade Failure.

I can’t upgrade from True Image Echo Server to Acronis Backup & Recovery 10.
When the Acronis backup & recovery 10 Version 11639 applications is started it prompts for the serial code, however as soon as I enter the serial the Acronis upgrade terminates. (The acronis upgrade process can be seen to terminate in the windows task manager).
I have two servers and experienced the same problem on both servers.
Both servers are running windows server 2003.

  2. Windows System Information
