Trying to install the trial version on a SBS 2008 premium server and get the following error.

Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\DA42BC89BF25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\EE3C5F35DE50038499B4052B0F5DF0EC. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Thank you for your post.

I will definitely help you with this, but can you please provide additional information. The installation fails because most likely your computer account does not have enough rights to access this key. Please open the registry editor and search for this: DA42BC89. There may be few of them, make sure that you have correct permissions for them.

Also, can you let me know the build number of the software you are installing and can you generate an installer log of our software please.

Found several keys (DA42BC89), they all needed the permission changed for admin. I wont be able to boot the server for the changes until tonight.
