Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.0 Virtual Edition ALL Backup plans retention file deletion issue
I inherited an Acronis build for the company I currently work for. I was able to get the older version of 11.0 updated to the latest version of build 11.0.17440, however I have the following issue following me throughout the upgrade.
Some, but not all of my 30ish backup plans are failing with the same message that it could not find the same tib file to delete it, instead of the tib file with the matching name for that server.
However the tib file in the email notifications are all pointing to the exact file name "ACE-iPORTAL_Archive_2016_09_29_20_01_18_254D4.TIB"
Attached is the systeminfo.zip minus the large DB files.
Thanks!

Hello Igor,
Thank you for your reply, unfortunately such a thing does not exist. I did not build this Acronis environment but everything is installed on one Windows Server 2k8R2 server and there are 3 Acronis ESXi agents ( 1 for each of the 3 ESXi 5.0, and 5.5 servers). There is no Centralized or managed vaults in the Acronis build, instead I see that when I connect directly to each Acronis ESXi linux agent from within the Acronis Management console I see personal vaults that are automatically created for the iSCSI shares that are on the 2 servers where the backup up files are located.
Where do you think the Refresh button would be located? From what I read there is no metadata unless you configure Centralized Vaults and I cant create them because it tells me this errors:
"Code: 11,337,745(0xAD0011)LineInfo: 0x1C13ECEB38328993;Module: trueimg_remote_full_vs Message: Failed to connect to service 'ASN'. Destination host '' is unreachable."and
"Code: 11,337,745(0xAD0011)LineInfo: 0x1C13ECEB38328993; Module: trueimg_remote_full_vs Message: Failed to connect to service 'ASN'. Destination host '' is unreachable."
When I try to create a new Centralized Vault and select the network drive (iSCSI path to an old EMC AX4-5i SAN) I get a message "The selected folder is not empty. Vaults can be created onlt in empty folders" message.
I can provide screenshots to you if you like, just let me know what you need.
Thanks!

Hello Chris,
In case of a personal vault you'll find the corresponding metadata file in root directory of the vault in the .xml format. Here you'll find a screenshot of the Refresh option. If the issue persists could you please attach screenshots showing the actual backup files in the vault\list of backups in the vault view in GUI and the whole error message.
Thank you,

That seemed to fix all but one of the backups. I went and refreshed that one backup again today so I will know next week as that backup is only done Weekly on the weekend.
THANKS!!!
