Hello Yana,

So what is the solution to this? I have exactly the same problem with BackupRecovery.11639_s_en.exe on a Windows XP SP3 machine (has all the latest MS fixpacks and addons installed)

Thank you.

Arthur Hoffmann.

Hello Yana,

Thank you for your reply.

I have just tried to get this working on a brand new install of Windows XP, on which I have all service packs and fixes installed. I got exactly the same error.

This leads me to believe that something is wrong with the archive I downloaded from your site. Im currently downloading it again, just in case it is corrupted.

Should this new copy give me the same error, I will contact you again, with the information you requested.

Have a nice day,

Arthur.
