Acronis Bootable media not working - can't read sector 0, disc 1

Computer will not boot in Windows. It is getting stuck, even in safe mode it work come up

I had made a backup just the day before so i think I am safe, but I am having a problem with Acronis bootable media.

It runs, and then I go to the the home screen, hit enter. It says it is going to read the drives, and then comes up a message that it can't read sector 0, disc 1. I have tried ignore, ignore all, and it just exits and reboots again.

Any suggestions, please help.

If you're not able to use the bootable media, it's probably missing the right drivers for your hardware. Have you tested the bootable media before on your current PC / laptop? It's always a good idea to test before you run into problems like this.
