Acronis doesn't recognize multiple SATA drives

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 for the same system where I was using your version 8 software. The only difference is that I now have Windows 7 installed in lieu of Windows Vista. I can not get the boot software to recognize two of my four SATA drives. It recognizes my velociraptor drive (279 GB) and a 465 GB SATA drive, but doesn't pick up the two 931 GB (1 TB) drives. I never had this problem on my previous setup. What do I do to fix this issue. Thanks for any advice.

Hello,
I want to add additional information to my initial post. I am using Acronis Backup & Recovery Bootable Agent 10.0.11639. I made a new attempt without making any changes and this time the software recognized all four drives and allowed me to complete a image backup of the operating system drive. Thanks for your time and advice.

I no longer need a reply. Evidently I did not wait long enough for the software to settle. The bigger drives are recognized after the menu has been present for a time period. The backups placed on these drives are working well.
