Acronis True Image Cannot Detect Vol.3 of `My_Partitions` archive

Dear All,

I just upgraded to Arcronis True Image Home 2012. Since, installation wizard requires Arcronis True Image Home 2012 Plus Pack for dynamic disk I also installed it.

Yesterday, I wanted to backup of my `C Drive`. I launched Acronis True Image Home, selected the partitions to be backed up and selected my external usb hard drive as a destination. The new folder named `My backup` is automatically created. The files are created at the end of procedure the following files are created.

My_partitions1
My_partitions2
My_partitions3

Afterwards, I tried to use recovery function just to be sure everything is O.K. Unfortunately , things went wrong for some reason. Here is the steps I followed and the error messages in order.
1. I started up my computer using rescue and it detects archive file in external hard drive.
2. I selected archive file and clicked `restore` button.
3. As soon as procedure started I got these error messages

- Failed to read from sector 128 of hard disk 1

- Failed to read from sector 128 of hard disk 16

- Failed to read from sector 128 of hard disk 0

- Failed to read from sector 128 of hard disk 2

- Failed to read from sector 128 of hard disk 3

4. I ignored these warning and continues but another error message appeared
` Acronis True Image Cannot detect vol.3 of `My_Partitions` archive

I would appreciate if you could kindly help me on this issue. Thank you in advance
