Adding a driverpack to bootable media builder iso?

Thread needs solution

When creating a bootable restore iso (acronis backup 10) i tried to add a storage driver pack/folder (driverpacks.net). The driver pack is in the form,

main folder
xxx.ini
folder
sub folder
xxx.sys
xxx.ini
sub folder
xxx.sys
xxx.ini

etc

Now it did add a lot of files/drivers to the wizard but when i click next i keep getting an error such as

"the missing driver file c:\d and s\user\desktop\storage\D\AU\xx.sys"

so seems maybe some kind of paths error between how the files are arranged in the driverpacks and how acronis interprets their structure - maybe not though.

Anyone tried this before, should i even use these driverpacks with acronis?

Hello Andyr,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

It looks like you have added the drivers improperly or you have downloaded the incorrect driver package.

You can download the drivers for your motherboard on the Vendor's web-site. Please note, if you downloaded the drivers in *.exe, *.cab, *.zip format, you should extract them first.

The driver files should have *.inf, *.sys or *.oem extension.

The drivers can be added to the list only in groups, by adding the INF files or folders containing such files. Selecting individual drivers from the INF files is not possible, but the media builder shows the file content for your information.

1. Click Add and browse to the INF file or a folder that contains INF files.
2. Select the INF file or the folder.
3. Click OK.

The drivers can be removed from the list only in groups, by removing INF files.

Please let us know if you need a further assistance.

Thank you.
