Any log for ATI 11?

Hi,

Vista Home Premium and ATI 11.
Decided to backup my partition last night and found that the program hangs when evaluating parttions. I have two disks C & D 160GB and 500GB. Trying to backup my 160 to the 500. Have done so in the past.

Downloaded ATI11 again and tried to install and that appeared to hang near completion on the repair option.

Now I cannot even scan the partitions, so am looking for reasons for the hanging.

Are there any logs that ATI creates or I can switch on.? I cannot find anything in Event Viewer.?
