AV Exclusions?

Thread needs solution

Question:

are there any Acronis folders/files/processes that need, or should be excluded from antivirus product meddling?

I know ArcServe had(has) real problems with that, but I am new to Acronis and do not see anything in the documentation related to this.

@Steve: In your account I could see, that you have valid support maintenance. In this case you are able to run the upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 for free. See this article in our knowledge base for more information about this.

Also be informed, that we currently running the Acronis Backup & Recovery® 11.5 for Microsoft SQL Server Beta Program. As soon it is released, you can also upgrade from Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server to Acronis Backup & Recovery® 11.5 for Microsoft SQL Server.

@Acronis customer: Please be informed, that at the current version of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Server SBS Edition the backup of MS Exchange is included. When purchasing an upgrade to this version, you can backup your MS Exchange data as well. See this information on our website.
