You can surely do it in case you have a backup stored in some safe place (like external hard drive, FTP account, network share, etc.) and the bootable media to boot from. You can create the bootable media by downloading the ISO image and burning it onto the CD.

The bootable media is a full version of Acronis Software, so it will allow you to perform all operations offline.
