Hi All,
Can you help. I have VSS disabled but I still get this error message. Please note, it's backing up to an external hard drive connected via USB cable to server. I got this error message yesterday and I restarted the backup in about 5 mins and it was ok. May I know why this would be happening. It is so annoying.

Thank you for your posting! First of all please upgrade to the latest build version 43994. This version contains many fixes and enhancements. The installation will also update SnapAPI module, which is in charge of all Acronis software I/O operations on the hard disk.
