Thread needs solution

Hey there,

My problem is that the SBS can not connect to itself.
Acronis Managed Machine Service is not available.

OS: SBS 2008 x64 SP2
Acronis version: 10.0.11647

The following error is shown (in german)

Hello Daniel,

thank you for your posting! 

First of all please make sure that Acronis Agent is installed on the machine and Acronis Managed Machine Service is running.

After that please check if users of Acronis services have all required permissions.
