Backup status of virtual machines does not show in vCenter

Hi! I don't remember the exact steps, but the Management server is configured with VMware vCenter integration as shown in screen shot below.

Thank you for your reply and for the screenshots attached! I can have now the entire picture of the issue. Still it's not clear what exactly happened. Could you please provide me with the following information?

1. Acronis Info from the host machine
2. Virtual appliance logs
3. ESX version

I will forward this data to the Development team and they will check what was the cause and how we can workaround it.

I'm awfully sorry for it's taking so long, but be sure I'm doing my best to speed up the process and resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.
