Backup task hangs on 0%, time elapsed 3 seconds

Hi,

We are using the latest build of Acronis Backup & Recovery Server Advanced and have created an incremental GFS backup plan. The first weekly backup completed with no problem last night. I have now started a daily backup, just to test this functionality, but it has hang at "Running 0% and says "Time elapsed 3 seconds". It has been like this for about an hour now. In the backup log, the last task it was performing was "Analyzing partition G:..." and the code was 66,039(0x101F7).

I am unable to stop the task, and the only way to do this is to kill the process that is performing the backup.
