Backups failing
Hi Support.
We have Aronis backing up several servers to a nas box which has plenty of space available 3 of the servers however fail to backup with the error message below, initially it apears to indicate resouce issues but its not, memory and page files are fine on the servers and the backups are not overlapping, i have even checked the perfmon logs, infact you can schedule a full backup and sometimes it will work but then the incrimental backup the folllowing day fails with the error.
Im running out of ideas for this now, can you provided any pointers to follow up from the error below or do you require any further info.

Hello Sir,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Acronis forum. I will certainly help you with resolving this issue.
According to the error, some other non-Acronis process is using up your system's resources.
I would recommend to check the solution from this KB article and if it does not help, please collect this report and contact our Support team directly.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply but i found the problem and the resource error was a big red fish as i suspected as there was no resource issue.
The problem was related to wins not being set on the servers as they have static ip not dhcp assigned addresses, Wins has to be enabled on the server ip settings for the DC's and servers with static IPs to find the Nas box, once configured i re pointed the image locations to the ip rather than dns name of the nas box and bingo, im guesssing the resource error was really the windows OS having a meltdown because it could not find the nas box by name for the acronis application to backup to the requested location.
From the affected servers i also could not browse to the Nas box by name but could ping and resolve in DNS, also another give away was the image loction path in Arconis when a status check was run would report a bad path for the affected servers.
You lives and learns
