Unfortunately due to the lack of investigation information we can only guess what  caused the issue. Most likely there was no room for some temporary file. I would advise you to try the solution described in this article.

Should the issue persist, we will need to take a closer look at the issue, so could you please kindly specify:

1. the full name of the product you are using
2. the build of the product you are using
3. what exactly is being backed up
4. to what location you are saving the backup
5. what Bart-PE you are using
6. if possible, please kindly gather Acronis Info from the machine in question.
